No worries, break in the holidays with something simple and easy that someone can actually use, not those ugly sweaters that your granny gets your every year that serves absolutely no purpose at all.

My DIY

These are all items that yours truly have created or reinvented. As of now all of these items are done sporatically. Ima make a vow to do these items on some sort of regular basis. I am an expert at ripping jeans and dying as well. My next project will include studs or spikes and since ideas continue to come, it is my best advice to stay tuned!! Feel free to comment on what you like, critque, or what you would like to see me do. Anywho, below are a few things I have played with. XOXO
Fringed Scarf

Custom Shorts
Bleached Jeans
Custom Shorts
Mini DIY Nails
This was strictly for fun! It was all fun and games for me and totaly nothing serious. I was trying out the comic book nails, newspaper nails, and the notebook paper nail. And for you wonderers, my sister was my test dummy! I will do more on a professional level to see what you really think. Gotta start from somewhere lol

Under The Mistletoe

This black sheer top will sparkle up any outfit. Only do a matching skirt IF it is a special occasion where the standards are really high. Otherwise, I suggest a solid dark color skirt or pants. Since it is christmas season, a nice green or royal blue will do the job.

I know, I know, boustierre are all played out right, well in this case no. It's black and leather, these two qualities alone will give you the sexy chic look to aim for under the mistletoe. With this I would rock the charcoal smoky eye with a pop of red on the lips. Rawwrrr!

I absolutely adore this top. Because it is Christmas season, we are seeing plenty of the blues, reds, and greens as mentioned previously. Thats why I chose this top, if you're anything like me, you want visual relief every once in a while. This will conquer that goal while still providing a funky quality, the jeweled collar.

If you are under the London spell and really into nudes, I already did you a favor! Me personally, I would not wear this ONLY BECAUSE I am a curvy figure and the A line style is not my best friend! Otherwise, this is THAT dress that will knock Santa off of his feet hunny ;-) Strut this with soft, nude make up with light pink lips and blush.

I thought these eggings had the young and flirty appeal. A little playful edge with the pick a boo zippers (as I call them) that can be dressed up or down. I visualize these with a loud colored bootie with studs and spikes to further carry out the funky fresh vibe us young folk like. ya dig!

Can you say in love S2! I just think that charcoal is THAT color hands down. Combined with this material these leggings are BADASS! In a room full of lions you best believe you will be the baddest walking. I relate these to badasses like Angelina Jolie, and Columbiana (yall know who im talking about!). These are on some 007 action, so only rock the best from your closet. Studs + spikes, hells yeah!

Back Down Memory Lane'

Today I am in a funky vibe and decided to do a recap of my childhood with fashions that were once in. I found these items kinda cool and wish you do the same. I get a kick out of putting the generation x taste on the old school. Here goes MemoryLane Monday!.
Tupac Back!

Cascade Sliding

A Tic Toc you dont stop!

Can you say Swig?

  1. Tupac Tee $39 Urban Outfitters
  2. Moxy Lolly Roller Skates $249 Urban Outfitters
  3. Timex 80 Color Block Watch $39 Urban Outfitters
  4. Sequin Vintage Aztec Jacket $30 Etsy
This tee looks very comfty, it is made from cotton and polyetser so you should be fine. Since the background is black this tee is very versatile and can be matched with an array of gear.

Though I have no reason to be found in the skating rink, for any matter, I find these so dope. The mint color really makes the shoe stand out amongst all other skates.

Watches have become a main accent piece to the everyday attire and this watch would make any simple look pop. It has a playful tone so be sure to not wear it with too sophisticated pieces.

Everysince I have traveled to Peru, I am the biggest fan of patterns. As expected, the Aztec pattern is my favorite. You can swag this jacket with metallics or leather. It can also be dressed up or down.

Mike Check 1 2 1 2

Greetings people. xAm Alicia Lynette. Born and raised in Memphis, TN and loved fashion since my first pair of chucks. xAm intrigued by anything beautiful and creative. xAlways visualize funky outfits in my head ,finding new ways to rock garments. xAm a southern bell  that’s a little rough around the edges which I demonstrate through my gear.  My long term goal is to create my own fashion line that anyone whose fashion savy can rock. Stay tuned. Until then I can see myself as a visual merchandiser or luxury buyer.  AliciaTheFashionJunky Blog was created to share my fashion sense to those seeking an urban twist and the unordinary appeal. Many times I get “I would’ve never put that together!”, so be sure to subscribe, comment, and request any look and I will be sure to have that fashion at your demand.
